After a day in Nuwara Eliya we headed back to Kandy and checked out the Biological Garden and then took a train to Colombo. This was a highlight of Foster's trip. He was very serious, wanting to wear his own backpack and check out the train station. He has become very keen on Thomas The Tank recently, so it was fun to see him get excited about the engines. Although beautiful, the train ride was a bit bumpy. They served us tea, but only filled a quarter of the cup, for fear that the jostling would make the tea spill.
