We're talking advantage of a local holiday this weekend and traveling to the Ellora Caves, just east of Mumbai. The photos online remind me of an old Indiana Jones movie - the Temple of Doom :-) Hopefully, monkey brain won't be part of our dinner, but if so we promise to record the taste testing...Hey when in Rome! As part of the trip we are also taking advantage of the proximity to Mumbai and staying there for a bit. It will be nice to revisit one of the largest and most cosmopolitan Indian cities.
