At last--a play date after 3 months

After three months, we had one of our first playdates with friends. The boys were so excited to finally see friends and play some baseball!

Peaceful Protests in D.C.

 As protests against the death of George Taylor erupted around the country, D.C. also saw protests. Most often peaceful, including those near our home. Foster and I went to the White House and the Black Lives Matter Plaza along 16th Street, where we saw the protest signs surrounding the barricaded White House. Despite the boarded up buildings there was singing and peaceful protests.
