A wonderful 8 weeks of fishing, swimming, baseball games in KC this summer. Then added a trip to Iowa, with a State Fair, Adventureland, more baseball.

First Day of School
The Grandmas invaded DC and brought back the boys for their first day of school. This year was a lot more relaxed. They knew their teachers, we knew the school, all around much easier this year. Poor Foster got sick and had to wait for day 2, poor guy was sick on the first day.
Field of Dreams
Back in Iowa this summer, Grandma Becky's lawn was turned into Foster's very own field of dreams. Who ever was around got dragged into playing, Uncle Jim, Aunt Jen and you just had to be careful that the balls didn't get stuck on the roof or into the road. The sidewalk was a automatic home run.
