Moving and Grooving

One of Foster's favorite things to do is dance, at school, at home, whenever he starts to hear a beat that he likes, he can't help but start moving. Maybe a future rockstar in the making?

First Dip in the Water

The temperatures were just right last weekend when Grandma and Grandpa were in town to take a dip in the water at the park at the Navy Yard. Of course, Foster wasn't just content with splishing and splashing around, he had to get some jumping time in. As one person standing nearby said, "he is an inspiration to us all." Here's to more fun in the water this year!!

Fireman Foster at your service

Foster is obsessed with anything related to fire engines. He is even lucky enough to pass by a fire station every day on our way to work. His dreams came true this week a fire truck of his very own, which even has a water pump.

Cherry Blossom Fun

Spring has officially sprung in DC, which means getting outside as much as possible, which included braving the crazy crowds in order to see the beautiful cherry blossoms at the tidal basin. We had several old friends in town this weekend and it was so much fun to catch up with them and Foster became fast friends with the little boy of one of our friends. Hoping that we get the chance to meet all of them again before we head to our next post.

Easter's Here

....And after much anticipation. The Easter bunny made an appearance and Foster could not have been more delighted. He even tried an egg, which was a big deal for a little boy who lives on carbs, dried fruit and yogurt. He loved looking for eggs in our backyard and then playing with the Easter Toys and eating the Easter treat that the Bunny left.

Hippity Hoppity Easter's on its way

Foster was so excited for the Easter Bunny's arrival this year. First, they did an Easter egg hunt at daycare and then he got to dye some eggs for the Easter bunny at home, which he loved.
